Annual Update News
Thank you to all who have submitted the 2025-2026 Annual Update! We have had a great response so far...88% of all district families have completed this critical task...however there are still 200 students with outstanding Updates. From mandated acknowledgments to providing up-to-date medical information to updating contact information for Emergency Preparedness, the Annual Update is a very important requirement.
Please take a moment to log into your Campus Parent portal to make sure you have submitted your Annual Update. Simply click 'More' in the left-hand navigation pane, then 'Online Registration'. There you will find the Annual Update. If you see a green 'Complete' badge in the Status column, you are good to go until next year!
If, however, it says 'In Progress' or 'Not Started', we need you to click 'Continue' or 'Start' and get your Update submitted.
If you have any trouble logging into your portal, please visit the Portal Account Help Page on our website.

Meal Benefits Application for 25-26
The 'Meal Benefits Application' is VERY important for ALL families to complete. Even though the application references free or reduced-price meals, it is so much more than that!
This form helps the Pioneer Union Elementary School District get extra funding for student support programs such as:
- instructional aides in the classrooms
- reading intervention teachers
- support classes at the middle school
- extra support for English Learner students
- in-school social-emotional supports for students
- help for students whose families are experiencing homelessness
Also, by completing an application, some families may qualify for our free after school program, PASE, for their TK-6th grade students.
While all students do, and will continue to, receive free school meals this school year, we ask that all families who have not yet completed a Meal Benefits Application please click the link below, even if you think your family might not qualify. Simply completing the form is very helpful to your child’s educational experience.
This form is so much more important than just school meals.
If your family is new to the district, or has experienced a change in income or circumstance, please click the link below and follow the prompts to begin the Meal Benefits Application, which will open in a new window.

State Test Results
Student Score Reports (SSRs) from the 2024-2025 administration of both the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) and the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC) have been released by The California Department of Education. SSRs are available to view/download here in your Parent Portal*. Click on 'More' in the Navigation Menu on the left, select 'Assessments', then choose your language of preference** (based on the Home Primary Language reported at the time of enrollment). Once selected, your student's statewide SSRs, the most current and from previous years, will populate:
*Not all CAASPP Score Reports are ready at this time. Check your portal regularly.
**Language options are currently limited to English, Filipino, Mandarin, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
Click 'Get the report'. The SSR will open in a new window for you to view. From there you have the option to print, download the file to your own device, or simply close the window. As noted on the selection screen, this particular link will expire after 30 minutes, but you are always able to come back to the Portal and regenerate SSR links. ( Note: ELPAC SSRs are listed as ESA in the module pictured above.)
For further information, please refer to the Parent and Guardian Score Report Letter included in current Weekly Bulletins, and/or these Frequently Asked Questions (English/Spanish).
Questions regarding CAASPP and ELPAC results may be directed to your child's school site.
If you have any difficulties accessing your student's SSRs, please contact Josh Vogelgesang at vogelgesangj@puesd.net.
Welcome to Infinite Campus!
